Hugo Arce
Hugo is a thirty year veteran of the telecommunications industry with Qwest, USLEC, MCI and AT&T  in a variety of Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing, Customer Care, Technical Consulting, and Maintenance functions. At WCS he is responsible for the management, training and development of the provisioning, maintenance and customer service teams.
During his tenure at AT&T and other Bell companies, Hugo was responsible for Central Office and PBX/ACD Engineering. He was one of the first AT&T Systems Engineering Managers to join the Sales and Marketing organization to create technical support teams. He later ran a district sales organization working closely with BellSouth services to create a technical showcase at the University of Florida Research Center.
With MCI and Qwest, Hugo held Sales Operations and Sales Engineering Management positions as Regional Director.  He also assisted in the creation of the USLEC sales and support deployment in the State of Florida.
Hugo received a Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.   He has received certifications from MIT and Georgia Tech in Computer Systems, LAN-WAN, and MIS services and he is a graduate of the Cisco Academy.
