Arthur A. Harrow II, General Manager of SinglePoint Call Centers, Inc., has over 30 years of Call Center/BPO Experience. He was the CEO of Stellar Global Solutions Philippines and VP-Operations for Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc. He worked for American Express International as Call Center Manager for their Global Infrastructure Optimization (GIO) project. He managed offshore vendor relations for them and was the Philippines Program Manager for American Express Financial Advisors’ migrated Customer Service Organization (CSO) call center processes. The processes included Brokerage Service, Mutual Fund Transactions, Mutual Fund Certificate Service and Annuity Transactions, all of which required NASD licensed agents.
He was also Call Center Manager for the SR Teleperformance group’s Philippine operations prior to moving to the client side of the outsourcing industry. He was responsible for documenting the Teleperformance Outbound Telemarketing business process as their Quality Management Representative for ISO 9002 certification.
Art has a Bachelor of the Arts in Humanities from the Ateneo De Manila University.
